Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you have specific rights regarding your personal information. Here's what you can do and how to exercise those rights.
You have the right to request that we disclose what personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources from which it was collected, the business purpose for collecting it, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it.
You can request that we delete the personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions such as completing a transaction, detecting security incidents, or complying with legal obligations.
You have the right to request that we correct any inaccurate personal information we maintain about you. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to correct the information as directed.
You have the right to direct us not to sell or share your personal information to third parties. While Sulla Mobile does not sell your data, you can formally exercise this right at any time.
You can request that we limit our use and disclosure of sensitive personal information to only what is necessary to perform the services you have requested.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. You will not receive different pricing, a different quality of service, or be denied service for making a privacy request.
You can submit a privacy request using either of the following methods:
Use our secure Privacy Data Request Form to submit your request. You will receive a confirmation with a request ID for tracking purposes.
Send your request to privacy@merchantprotocol.com. Please include your full name, email address associated with your account, and the type of request you are making.
We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 10 business days. We will respond to your verifiable consumer request within 45 calendar days of receiving it.
If we require more time (up to an additional 45 days, for a total of 90 days), we will inform you of the reason and the extension period in writing.
To protect your privacy, we must verify your identity before processing any request. We will ask you to confirm information that matches what we have on file.
If we cannot verify your identity, we may not be able to fulfill your request. We will never ask you for your password or payment information as part of verification.
